Visit either or both locations, Carrabelle and Eastpoint. You may also borrow or leave a book at the Little Free Library located at Chillas Hall in Lanark Village. Franklin County Public Library welcomes county residents and non-residents to share our resources, facilities and free programs.  Please visit our website and Facebook page for hours and activities available at each library for all ages. Use of the library is free; with public computer access, Wi-Fi, and use of many online resources. Franklin County residents, with proof of residency may apply for a free library card and those visiting the area or temporary visitors may purchase an annual non-resident fee card for $10; this allows borrowing privileges of all materials include books, audio books, DVDs, e-books, and more. To become a member of the Friends of Franklin County Public Libraries you may pick up an application at either library. Helpful staff and volunteers are available to assist with your informational needs.

Eastpoint:
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Closed  Saturday & Sunday

Franklin County Public Library-Carrabelle Branch has a partnership with new stewards, Chillas Hall located in Lanark Village with the placement of a Little Free Library, Charter # 73867.  The Little Free Library is a free lending library to everyone.  Anyone may use it.  Take a book, read a book!  Share the book or return it to the Little Library for someone else to enjoy.  You are welcome to leave a book at any Little Free Library.
