Carrabelle and Eastpoint Branches of the Franklin County Public Library
Come celebrate Make a Hat Day at the Franklin County Public Libraries on September 15 at 3:30PM at both Eastpoint and Carrabelle branches. Stomp and Roar to your library and make dinosaur hats. This is a free program and supplies are provided.
