SUMMARY:Updated - CAA September Field Trip
DESCRIPTION:The Field trip to St. Marks has been cancelled until the weather cools down. There was no RSVP to attend and the consensus at the CAA Art Day on Sep 3rd was that it was still too hot to plein air paint. \nCAA guests and members are still planning to go to lunch at the Ming Garden Tree\, Crawfordville on that day. It’s across the street from Promise Land Thrift Shop in the strip mall. It has been remodeled and food is delicious! \nIf you want to carpool\, meet at the Senior Center at 11:00. Lunch will be at 12:00 for those that want to just meet up there. No plans after lunch so if you want to shop in Crawfordville\, this is a good opportunity. Or come back to the center for open art. \nNo need to RSVP – just show up – reservations for 12 have been made \n++++++++++++++++++ \nThe information below is now out of date. \nTuesday\, September 10 is the Carrabelle Artist Association’s outing to St. Mark’s Wildlife Refuge and Lighthouse. Plans are to arrive at have lunch first (place to be determined) then to the Lighthouse or any other place in the area that you would like to plein air paint. \nWe will meet at the Senior Center at 10:00 and leave at 10:30 for those that want to carpool. \nPlease text Betsy Baldwin if you plan to attend\, let her know if you want to carpool\, or if you are going to meet us there. Text – 703-201-9445 before end of day on September 9th. \nAs always\, the center will be open at 1:00 for those that do not want to go on the outing and opt to do open art activities at the center. \nIf anyone would like to volunteer to man the center that day\, text or call Lori\, 850-520-1382.
